Malita Mwale
Malita Mwale has over 19 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, she has held various leadership roles at organizations such as Guardian Reinsurance Brokers, Ebony Reinsurance Brokers, Aon Zambia, General Alliance Insurance Zambia, and NICO Insurance Zambia.
Malita is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII-UK), is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Zambia (FIIZA), and an Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (AIISA). Her expertise and leadership have made her a key figure in advancing the insurance and reinsurance sectors.

LuyandoTwambo Nkolola
Twaambo Nkolola has 5 years of experience in financial management, risk assessment, and compliance. She has worked with organizations such as HLB Zambia Auditing, Mum’s Care Hospital, Kamuone & Daughter Limited, and the National Council for Construction. Twaambo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from ZCAS and a Certificate in Basic Digital Marketing from Unita Athena (Cambridge International Qualification, UK).
She is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification at the strategic professional level. Known for her leadership and dedication to excellence, Luyando combines strong financial expertise with a commitment to operational and strategic growth.

Ritah Tankhule Kokowe
Ritah Kokowe is an experienced reinsurance broker with over 7 years in the industry, having worked with organizations such as Guardian Reinsurance Brokers and Mukfin Zambia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a National Diploma in Insurance and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Risk Management. With her strong background in reinsurance, finance, and risk management, Ritah contributes to delivering effective and tailored solutions for clients.
